Unkempt venue, nonetheless there were good location and staff. We enjoyed the breakfast with breads, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, hot waffles and pancakes.
Shame the bathroom was not clean.

No reason to complain, I loved my stay at this hotel and would go back in flash. Location and staff were excellent. Lots of food at the breakfast, including fresh fruit, hot waffles, slices of fresh bread and porridge. The rooms with views of the Empire State Building, a king size bed, for instance;))

Location and staff were perfect, I loved that. Slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, porridge and hot waffles were available. Bed was comfy, I enjoyed it.

Rooms were very neat, accommodating service, absolutely perfect location. And it also had stunningly beautiful view. Early check-in too. Plus, I was pleased with a free wifi throughout the property...
